
just finished my cats write-up. it is all full of crap.
my mind is elsewhere when im doing it .
so there! all the crap comes out . wthh.
im like repeating myself all the time.
nowadays ive got such mixed feeling.
feeling of anger , sadness and happiness. it equals to miserable.
HAHA. wanted to do yoga and calms my mind down.
when the mind is clear , the prob will be solve easily .
yoga really got the benefits and great side effects.
ii hab tried it and it did lighten my mood today somehow.
my foul mood turned to a good one after y0ga .
the feeling was great. i felt burden-free.
so ppl , if there is a chance , do go try yoga ! =)
